Day 1: Munich
Arrive at Munich, Franz Josef Strauss , DE ( MUC ) and meet our local representative at the pick-up point. Transfer to your booked hotel in Munich and complete the check-in process.
Day 2: Munich-Return Ticket Zugspitz Mountain
Enjoy a day on the top of Germany! Take the cogwheel train to the glacier on Zugspitzplatt, visit Germany’s highest church and in winter watch the skiers in action. From there you can take the glacier cable car to the summit, with 2,962 m (9,718ft) the Zugspitze is the highest peak in Germany. There you can enjoy the wonderful athmosphere and view from the summit lounge in the panorama hall. You can also cross the border at the summit into neighbouring Austria. After that you can enjoy the impressive panoramic view from the observation platform, before returning to the valley on the Eibsee cable car. From the cable car you will have a unique view over the Eibsee and the Werdenfelser Land. An unforgettable experience, of course you can also start your round trip with the Eibsee cable car.
Day 3: Gray Line Tour – The Royal Castles Neuschwanstein And Linderhof
Hidden in the seclusion of the mountains, Ludwig II built two of his dream castles: Neuschwanstein and Linderhof. This excursion shows you these two extraordinary castles, both testifying to the vision of Bavaria’s fairytale King. Short shopping stop in Oberammergau. Approx. 4 hours time to visit Neuschwanstein and for lunch. A comprehensive visit of Linderhof with its fantastic grotto and moorish pavillon. Guided tours are included in both castles. For English and German language the guided tours will be done by a live guide. In Neuschwanstein castle all other languages will be provided by headphones. In Linderhof other languages cannot be guaranteed. Clients will receive leaflets only.
Day 4: Gray Line – Mozart City Tour And Lakes And Mountains, Salzburg
The first part of the tour starts at Mirabell Palace. Next we pass by Mozarteum and the Marionette Theatre. Further along we see the County Theatre, Mozart’s Residence and Trinity Church. We cross the river Salzach and pass the Law Courts on our way to Hellbrunn Palace having a short stop here. Returning to Salzburg we pass by Frohnburg Palace, Nonnberg Abbey, the Neutor tunnel, the Horsepon and St. Blasius church before we reach Mozart square. The second part of the tour starts at 2 p.m. from Salzburg Sightseeing Office and shows you the scenic surroundings of the city of Salzburg. In St. Gilgen we see the birthplace of Mozarts’ mother. Enjoy the atmosphere in St. Wolfgang with the renowned White Horse Inn, where we admire the church with it’s famous altar and where we have a boat trip across St Wolfgang lake during summer period. We also shortly stop in Mondsee on our return.
Day 5: Munich Departure Day
You will be transferred to Munich International airport to catch your flight .end of services
